All the baking recipes are for jiffy overachievers in the kitchen. It takes me half an hour to gather up most of the ingredients -- because at least something will always be missing -- google the substitute for that something, mix up everything in correct proportions and order, and only THEN I will preheat my oven. It is so not the first step in baking.
