It's interesting and saddening to look at the behavior of people taken hostage or those who think they are in captivity. They form a world of their own with scripts and rules that must not be broken...

Soviet cartoons. There is something nostalgic and sad about them. No, not that pitiful type of sad, but rather something similar to the feeling you get looking at the colorful falling leaves in autumn. Mysterious dance of nature full of sadness and joy silently reminding you, this is life.

This cartoon is about a relationship...of two ropes speaking gibberish who decide to tie the knot. No matter how ridiculous it sounds, there is so much in all of this happening in real life, it brings that falling-leaves feeling into my heart.

Heard of Gary?

Gary Vaynerchuk. The guy is my hero. This clip is a year old, has some explicit language, and is supposed to be about branding and social media. BUT if you read behind the lines, it's really about life and you trying to hit it right. Can't afford watching a 15-minute speech right now? At least skim through my 10 pearls of wisdom from the video. It's worth it.

1. There is no reason in 2008[or insert any year instead] to do shit you hate...You can lose just as much money being happy as hell.
