Gary Vaynerchuk. The guy is my hero. This clip is a year old, has some explicit language, and is supposed to be about branding and social media. BUT if you read behind the lines, it's really about life and you trying to hit it right. Can't afford watching a 15-minute speech right now? At least skim through my 10 pearls of wisdom from the video. It's worth it.

1. There is no reason in 2008[or insert any year instead] to do shit you hate...You can lose just as much money being happy as hell.
2. Legacy is greater than currency...I want my grand kids to be proud of me.
3. If you are pumping out good shit, people will follow. But if for a second, a half a second, you don't believe in what you are doing, you need to get out now.
